When a great rental becomes available, we may not have several days to gather paperwork, request references and track down a credit report.
So, before we start, I’m asking October tenants to have their application package ready.
You should be prepared to provide:
A completed rental application
Recent pay stubs
Government-issued photo ID
Your Equifax Credit Report
An employer reference letter
A current or previous landlord reference
The more complete your application is from the beginning, the faster I can get to work on your behalf.

Because I don't want us scrambling after we find a home you love.
Imagine finding the right property, only to discover another applicant already has their complete package submitted while we're still hunting down a pay stub or waiting for a reference.
